[LB] Chargrilled Western

[Shoes] Riverisland [Trousers] Pull &Bear [Jacket] Traid Charity Shop [Vest] Primark
I came about wanting to share one of my new jackets from Traid, a Charity shop I came across in Clapham. Contemplating whether to buy an additional jacket to a collection of over 50 jackets on my railing, I thought one more couldn't hurt. Am pretty happy I did a deed for Charity as well as purchasing this stylish Western Fringed Jacket. It's all in the movement. I love that its vintage, a design high street doesn't sell. The Chargrilled tanned orange is a statement of it's own, so I complimented the outfit with a similar colour tone of sunset reds and browns. I love the faded pattern on the best top, keeping it calm compared to the jacket.

[Studded Jacket] Pull & Bear [T-shirt] Nivana Print H&M [Tights] H&M [Accessories] Portuguese Market
Here is an unpublished photo I had from the photoshoot a while back that I could imagine on a cover. For more of this Punk Hipster outfit and photographs click here
[Dress] H&M [Long Socks] New Look [Boots] Dorothy Perkins [Box Bag] Camden Market [Blazer] Topshop
My styling towards this outfit consisted of simplicity, but with small detailed textures. The oversized vintage like cut to the Blazer, elongates the collars but is balanced by rolling up the sleeves to keep the proportions. Simple pearl wrist and necklace accessories complimenting the beige colour palette. The Box vintage bag is just a bonus to this look, giving the modern twist to vintage.  For more behind the scenes and photographs click here.

[LSF] Patrick

[Boots] Vivenne Westwoods
Patrick's charismatic hair caught my attention at an instant glance as I walked past him. It is not often I find a stylish man for street fashion, that is laid back in this case with a fashionable presence in his stance that probably comes from his dancing background. His approach to men's summer wear is casual and ideal for the weather we have in London currently. I love the mixture of neutral pastel beiges and vertical striped blues, accessorised with a black belt and skull buckle, shoulder bag and designer boots.

[LSF] Maloviere

By far the most stylish man I have photographed, one in a thousand find he is.
Just as I was walking home towards the train station, I managed to spot the very stylish man Maloviere. To start off, his style matches his unique name, surely one of a kind. Capturing him at the bus stop amongst the crowd has shown to be a rewarding find and a reason why I do London street fashion. It was worth the extra minutes of the end of my sunny day in London and is my far the best stylish man I have ever photographed.
I am a absolute fan of briefcases, having 5 myself, I love the history and era in which men use to have Briefcases instead of today's rucksacks, holdall bags and shoulder bags. The picturesque and charismatic man is wearing complimentary browns and beiges in his outfit. Not forgetting the accessories of the red blazer napkin matching his red necked sweater, gold buttoned checked waistcoat. His dog is just divine to be by his side, even with a matching light brown lead.
Maloviere didn't seem like a man that should be waiting for the public transport, more than a carriage I would say. It was like a scene from the 20th Century that had just been mismatched to the modern times of the 21st century. I wondered how he came about being stylish, he said he'd just gone for a casting, and had been in the fashion industry for about 30 years.

[Shoes] Riverisland [Trousers] Topman [Briefcase] Vintage Car Boot Sale [Waistcoat] Vintage [Tweed Blazer] Topman [Necklace] New look
Looking at my history of lookbook outfits, this is what I wore in London last year. With intentions to share my next post, I found a man that has a similar style in a better and more picturesque stance than this old picture of mine, that I never got to show due to my . It's the idea of combining complimentary tones and colours in an outfit, that ties together the idea of one look.

London has never looked so iconic. What a year 2012 will be,  the up coming jubilee, 2012 Olympics and the whole parade of international visitors. Notice most of the up to date stores have featured iconic Britishness, so much for British fashion too, my hunt for someone that resembles Britain with fashion.

[LB] Unleash the tiger

Here's a pictorial series of The Diverse bikers jacket. The complexity is so inventive its hard to represent in one photo, hence theses photos demonstrates the process of the two in one jacket. It's so diverse that you can have so many styles to this VirginBlak jacket, popping collars, buckle straps, zips and asymmetric designs. With a corset like fitting with the laced back and arms for extra structured tailoring, it feels robotic and warrior like.

Recently, I tend to style my own outfits with colour coordination. Complimentary colour palettes of similar tones, such like this grayscale look that evolves around black, white and everything in between. Regardless the material textures, play around with dark/light tones or even matching. This jacket is a statement of its own, but I paired it with a vintage hat, animal printed shirt, and pointed D&G Shoes. I have always wanted a statement animal printed shirt, especially like this one. A rawring print, bold inverse colours that is a show stopper.

Diverse Jacket

I have come across an online website Virgin blak, a korean based men's clothing brand. An absolute new favourite of mine, for its innovative, fresh and has modern interpretations on men's fashion. The monthly stock excites me, new designs off the market that separates from the current european highstreets, as Asian designs are marketed, manufactured and created there first. Ask me any questions if your confused about products on the website.
One of the products chosen is this Laced Up, Zipped and Belted Leather Jacket. The Contemporary fitted Jacket is very different from all the Biker Jacket's I have seen, an upgrade from the vintage biker's and highstreet bikers. Good quality materials with a structured fitting, which gives this confident posture to the style. There is just too much going on with this jacket, its got all the components of diverse designs.

The design does not just stop from the front elevation, the theme of the laced up detailing is continued at the back. The adjustable laced up detailing for waist and arm is ideal for the tighter fit.The belted buckled strap closure, slanted zip pockets, and a two in one cropped style sold the product by itself. Perhaps what I would like is to add spikes and studs to the collars and shoulder detailing;  just to add to the DIY alterations to my liking. Outfit post coming soon!

Having an outfit that is simplistic in appearance of just the black silhouette of my outfit can be revamped to give some life and style. By making statements with accessories such like the metallic necklace jewellery, studded belt and silver metallic platforms, they compliment each other what I would call an outfit coordination. My lovely floral blazer from VirginBlak, has won me over. Keeping the blazer contrast with the whole outfit is a more attention seeking item of the outfit as there is no clashing patterns. The design is fresh and innovative for men's blazers, new to the gender of market. It's casual stylish, yet sophisticated for a great evening out.

[LB] Foxy Fashion

So I wanted to do a post on the big deal with Fur, fashion and especially animals. First question that comes to mind is: Is it real? I asked it myself, indeed it is, don't kill me now. It's a subject that gets everybody talking. It's seen to be a negative gesture, creating issues with great attention to the public. Frankly we dress up for attention, regardless the time of day, whether its a show stopper or not a street stopper for ''dressing in the dark''. I personally found it hard to even pick it up when I had first purchased it. Doesn't mean I support the idea as it does not make me the bad one for killing it. It's already been done in history, and is currently a culture in cold countries. It still questions if I would wear it out in public, whats your opinion

For my outfit, I wanted to keep it rather simple, wearing black with leather detailing on the sides of the trousers and arm section of the jacket. Sporty casual I would call it. The main focus on my outfit is the attention seeking fox. Dangling arms and the fox face, sure is an show stopper. Is it an accessory worth leaving dead or being used for warmth and style? I absolutely love my River island Jacket. The leather arm parting of the section of against the cotton body. The fresh design is current as it uses two diverse materials, and structural in the fitting.

Kid's in Fur

Im currently in the need of someone to take my lookbook photos, but mean whilst i have my newphew and neice to model my new accessory: the fox fur scarfs. It's definitely been a fashion trend for years, fur coats were first worn by men, but its been embraced and seen more by woman designer brands and publicly featured more in the press.

Foxy Fever

Loving a bargain as I do, I came across visiting my local car boot sale at Chiswick School. Finding the unknown, I alway's manage to find several worthy products at cheap prices. One of which is fox scarfs. I have seen previous sellers sell fox fur for over £25 each, but I managed to grab a bargain at £15 for two. Definitely scared of picking up the animal for the fact that it is real, but I have gradually been drawn into it. It questions whether I would wear it in public. Definitely a debatable subject about real fur and attention to fashion. Countries like Russia, embrace the idea of fur keeping you warm and stylish, its in their culture.

Having a fascination for Foxes. Apparently they only sleep 4 hours a day, seems just like me with all Architecture all nighters
Animal Mayhem of people and luxurious clothing
Probably the busiest and most attention seeking stall, piles of animal fur coats, hats and scarfs. I alway's wondered what makes the past influence how people are today, especially what brings someone to their occupation. Every story has a beginning just like Richard's business which started from an idea. He first sold a Paul Smith's Jacket he purchase for £10 and sold for £180. He realised the idea of adding value to a product, and saw he could market animal fur at europeans which was ideal for the cold winters.

Vietnamese Dishes

Here are some of my favourite Vietnamese Dishes made at home. Not many of people have heard of Vietnam, the food etc, but its definitely a tasty and wanting more kind of food . Growing up eating my mum's favourite homemade food, there's nothing better than passionate cuisines you don't get in restaurants.

My favourite London based street photographer I have destined to share is Dvora at Fashionistable. I've been following her page ever since I first met her photographing in London. She has an impeccable eye in choosing people since she had her first camera at 18, following down from her father's footsteps. Photographing the selective stylish and innovative creators in the industry to date, including contributions to GQ and Vogue. It's a pleasure meeting her every time, and truly one of my life inspirations. She definitely knows how to direct her subjects in picturing the best angles.

[LB] Barbour It

The Classic country Barbour jackets have been around for decades since 1894, it's unique heritage style hasn't aged. The wax textured exterior material is resistant from weathering, ideal for the British windy and rainy weather. Personally I love the dark olive green tones to the jacket with a checked green interior pattern. The style is perhaps too oversized and floppy structured unlike my taste in structural, fitted modern clothes to date. But when it comes to bargains and vintage with style, its a different story.
